Performance Standards

All marketing plans will include the following as our minimum guaranteed level of activity

  • At least 1 midweek and 1 weekend open house each week
  • Follow up of all open house attendees via phone, SMS and/or email
  • Vendors are called immediately following every inspection
  • Individual reports detailing ALL activity on your home are sent every Monday and these reports include the following.
  1. Individual report on the feedback from each visitor to your home
  2. Hits on both major sites for the past week
  3. Details of any offers are confirmed in this report
  4. Any recommendations regarding the future progress of your sale
  • Availability at any time to discuss the progress of your property sale
  • Weekly “face to face” meetings
